Functional dielectrics polymers and their composites is an emerging hot research topic for a wide variety of applications ranging from wearable power generators to materials for quantum technologies.
The Humboldt Research Group has a very active research agenda on functional polymer nanocomposites for energy applications and magneto-electric sensors. Our goal is to create materials and devices for energy generation/storage and microelectronics.
To reach the goal, we are looking for several highly motivated master students willing to conduct experimental work on these highly challenging topics at the forefront of materials research.
Students should have background in one of the following experimental disciplines: chemistry, physics, polymer chemistry, materials science, and electronic engineering.
