Welcome

Solid-state NMR offers a huge variety of methods that can be utilized for the analysis of materials. The method of choice depends on the particular problem set of interest, e.g. structure solution or investigation of local dynamics. In principle, most of the nuclei available in nature can be probed by NMR, but sometimes hardware limitations can restrict our approaches.

In some cases, solution NMR methods can complement the solid-state NMR data thereby aiding in solving a given problem. In particular, diffusion-ordered spectroscopy (DOSY) is of great value in the studies of supramolecular aggregates.
