Our group has presently two 16-node beowulf clusters, with single- and dual-core opteron processors (96 cores in total). All have MyriNet high-speed interconnects, enabling their use as one parallel machine. The operating system is OpenSuSE Linux, and jobs are scheduled via the OpenPBS queuing system.
