  • October 1995, Degree in Physics at University "La Sapienza" of Rome, with a thesis entitled: "Ground State of Fermions in Gravitational Interactions"

  • From November 1995 to June 1996, Funded research activity at the Department of Physics and I.C.R.A (International Center of Relativistic Astrophysics) of the University of Rome "La Sapienza"

  • 1996-1999, Ph. D. student at the School of Mathematics and Physics, "Queen's University of Belfast", Belfast (Northern Ireland), with the supervision of Prof. R.M.Lynden-Bell and Dr.A.Alavi.

  • October 1999, Ph. D. Degree in Physics, with a thesis entitled: "Ab initio Study of Water"

  • 1999-2003 Postdoc at the Max-Planck-Institute for Polymer Research in the Theory Group of Prof.K.Kremer.
