License contracts between the Max Planck Society and various publishers enable researchers access to a huge amount of information. However, excessive download is strictly prohibited. In general the main conditions are:
- Fulltext access is limited to employees of the institute.
- Any systematic downloading of articles or search results, in particular by robots, is prohibited by the publishers. This also applies to systematic downloads via reference management software (i.e. EndNote).
- Only single articles or single book chapters may be downloaded.
In case of misuse our institute may be switched off from access to the respective publisher´s server.
