Curriculum Vitae
Waraporn Wichaita studied polymer science and technology at Mahidol University (Bangkok, Thailand). During 2017-2018, she joined the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research (MPI-P) (group of Dr. Heloise Therien-Aubin) as a guest doctorant to study the behavior of polymer functionalized polymer nanoparticles in suspension. In January 2020, she obtained her PhD on the hybrid polymeric nanoparticles with designed morphologies. Since July 2021, she was supported from the Alexander von Humboldt foundation working at the MPI-P as a postdoctoral researcher with Prof. Katharina Landfester. She was appointed as the scientific project leader since September 2021, participating the project of Max Planck Twente Center for Complex Fluid Dynamics, MPI-P. Her research interests include heterophase polymerization, controlled radical polymerization, functionalization of nanoparticles, nanocapsules and 3D printing for biomedical and industrial related fields.
