Fernando obtained his bachelor degree in chemistry in 2010 from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP, Brazil), and received his master`s and PhD degrees from UNICAMP in 2013 and 2017, respectively, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Pedro P. Corbi. In 2018, Fernando became an Adjunct Professor at Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU, Brazil) with a tenured position at UFU in 2021. He is currently a post-doctoral scientist at Protein Therapeutics Group under Prof.Dr. Tanja Weil supervision. Fernando has experience in chemistry, with emphasis in coordination chemistry, bioinorganic chemistry and biomedicine and his major interests rely on inorganic and macromolecular chemistry applied in medicine.
