The webinar will explore how superhydrophobic membranes can support wastewater recycling and resource recovery, while addressing key membrane challenges such as wetting, scaling, and fouling. It will also present developments from the SuperClean EIC Transition Project, which focuses on next-generation membrane solutions with strong industrial and environmental potential.

The event is particularly relevant for colleagues working on or interested in membrane technologies, nanomaterials, sustainable water treatment, circular water solutions, resource recovery, environmental technologies, and research-to-innovation pathways.

The webinar is organised by the SuperClean consortium, bringing together expertise from NCSR Demokritos – Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research, Aquastill – Sustainable Thermal Desalination, Europlasma NV, and SolSep BV.
