Jiyao received her bachelor’s degree from Nanjing Forestry University (Nanjing, China) in 2017 and her master’s degree from South China University of Technology (Guangzhou, China) in August 2020.
In December 2021, she joined the group of Prof. Dr. Tanja Weil at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research (Mainz, Germany). Since January 2026, she has been a postdoctoral researcher in the group.
