Main Focus

Feng received his bachelor's degree from Sun Yat-sen University in Chemistry engineering and techonology in 2021. He then continued his study at Sun Yat-sen University, and obtained his master's degree in materials chemistry in 2024. During his master peroid, he focus on the research on photothermal evaporation for desalination applications.

Feng started his PhD in the group of David Ng, department of Prof. Dr. Tanha Weil at Max Planck Institute for Polymer research (MPIP) since September 2024 and works on Kinetics Control of intracellular peptide self-assemblies.

Curriculum Vitae

I would like to develop tunable peptide-based supramolecular systems to dissect intracellular assembly kinetics and clarify how they regulate cellular behaviour, including stress responses, trafficking, and fate decisions.
