Béla Bálint

Béla Bálint is an undergraduate at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, finishing his BSc in Engineering Physics in January 2027. In the group, he is currently doing molecular dynamics and fine-tuning machine-learning interatomic potentials to simulate the synthesis of nanodiamond, with the aim understanding how different precursors transform into diamond under high pressure and temperature. Outside the office, he is interested in any kind of athletic endeavour, the current favourite being triathlon.
