Britta Rumpf

Britta is a bit of a professional all-purpose-weapon. Over the years she has worn many hats – from helping get missionary travelers, aid supplies or a used ambulance car from Germany to villages in Africa (Administration of the New Apostolic Church) or textile dyes to South America (Farbchemie Braun KG) , to organizing work instructions in Quality Management (PerkinElmer Optoelectronics GmbH & Co KG), keeping the office running smoothly, taking care of the foreign distributors and the artists in various countries (HOLTZ Office Support GmbH), playing calendar-Tetris and organizing one of the Managing Directors (Midas Pharma GmbH) and later stepping into the whirlwind role of Chief of Staff where she polished up work processes, was Mother Theresa for a pharmaceutical field force, and managed the occasional “what‑now?” crisis (Midas Healthcare GmbH).
