Nanoscale Spatial Control and Applications of Poly(catecholamines) Based Materials.
Sean Harvey received Bachelor degrees in Biochemistry and Chemical engineering from Virginia Tech in 2007. After 5 years of working as an engineer for the US Department of Defense, he began studies in Biomaterials at Ulm University in Germany where he graduated with a Master of Science in December 2015. Sean completed his master thesis in the group of Prof. Dr. Tanja Weil. He continued his research with Prof. Dr. Tanja Weil, moving with her to the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research. Sean recently defended his Ph.D. thesis titled “Nanoscale Spatial Control and Application of Poly(catecholamines)”in December 2019, completing the requirements for the title of Dr. rer. nat.
