Current and upcoming challenges posed by biology in soft matter

The Mainz Material Simulation Days is a traditional biannual meeting. Biology poses many challenges to physics; the systems are often complex and inhomogeneous, while maintaining function. This workshop aims to target existing, and upcoming challenges for soft matter, both technical and conceptual.
