Main Focus
As BioCore Team, we aim to ensure a smooth daily routine in our S2 laboratories while supporting students in understanding biological concepts and applying their chemistry knowledge to biological systems.
In addition to training students, we offer service measurements for standard cell culture assays as well as confocal imaging.
My personal focus lies in confocal imaging (including Digital Light Sheet (DLS) and phasor FLIM (Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy)) and metabolism studies using Seahorse technology for both 2D and 3D cell culture systems.
Curriculum Vitae
Ha-Chi obtained her Master’s degree in Applied Life Sciences from Hochschule Kaiserslautern in Zweibrücken in 2021, with a focus on the interaction between primary cells and silicon surfaces. She subsequently joined the group of Tanja Weil as a member of the BioCore core facility.
