Electrical characterization

A large portfolio of experiments are used to study the electrical properties of our devices. Measurements take place in nitrogen gloveboxes to prevent degradation, and include temperature-dependent current-voltage characteristics, impedance spectroscopy, and transient electrical measurements. There is also a setup dedicated to stress tests to study organic device degradation.
