Yuyan Wang

Yuyan obtained her bachelor's degrees in Polymer Materials and Engineering in 2018 at Sichuan University.  In June 2023, she received her PhD degree at Sichuan University under the supervision of Prof. Xinxing Zhang on ultrarobust stretchable self-healing elastomer based on well-organized assemble micro-nano structures. In July 2023, she got the Alexander von Humboldt Postdoc Research Fellowship and started to research biomimetic mineralization and using block copolymers to synthesize nanostructured particles with Prof. Dr. Helmut Cölfen . In January 2024, she joined the group of Prof. Tanja Weil as a postdoctoral researcher aiming to design synthesis and assembly of biodegradable and biocompatible block copolymer constructs.
